Our Story
Long time collaborators and friends, Kelly and Jackie don’t remember the exact moment they met, but they had an instant connection which developed into work wife status while building award-winning PR campaigns for clients like Jockey; working red carpet events like the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood; and spending late nights at the office prepping for numerous Grammy campaigns for Target.
They spent the majority of their combined 25+ years combined experience at entertainment powerhouse agency, Rogers & Cowan PMK. They worked with major consumer lifestyle brands like Microsoft, Beyond Meat, XBOX, Icelandic Glacial, NVIDIA, Atom Tickets, Fred Segal, Saban Brands and Destination Maternity which has taken them to events around the country like the Golden Globes, Comic-Con, CES, SXSW, Sundance Film Festival and E3.
Kelly and Jackie pride themselves on being a scrappy and assertive team whose dynamic and complementary relationship delivers in building integrated and creative PR campaigns. With long lasting relationships with the media, they’ve developed an earned trust that maximizes coverage for their clients. Crystal Susco PR is always evolving; delivering results across traditional and non-traditional platforms and creating customized programs to ensure their clients reach and exceed their PR goals.
Jackie Crystal,
Founding Principal
Jackie is a strategic PR executive with 15+ years experience providing public relations for both big brands and emerging startups. She specializes in the consumer lifestyle space taking a customized approach to every client to drive desired and effective results.
Before creating Crystal Susco PR, Jackie was a Vice President at Rogers & Cowan PMK where she worked for 11 years. She was also a publicist at Polaris PR where she served as a talent rep to top tier actors and personalities. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and lives in Los Angeles with her husband Lee, daughter Coco and son Max.

Kelly has spent 15+ years working as a seasoned public relations specialist helping to build brands. She is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful media campaigns with a passion for pop culture and a deep knowledge of the entertainment industry. She thrives on finding creative solutions that will deliver breakthrough results for her clients.
Before co-founding Crystal Susco PR, Kelly was a Director at Rogers & Cowan PMK where she worked for 7 years. Prior to joining R&CPMK, Kelly served as a Publicist at cable channel, G4TV, owned by NBCUniversal. A Massachusetts native, Kelly lives in Los Angeles with her husband Ira and sons, Izzy and Owen.
